Investment Research Program Analyst

I am currently seeking a dedicated and analytical **Investment ResearchProgram Analyst** to play a pivotal role in enhancing external research processes and corporate access.
Key Responsibilities:
Research Consumption Tracking & Data Analysis:
- Manage CorpAxe system to track and analyze research consumption efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide valuable insights for optimizing research strategies.
- Generate insightful management reports summarizing consumption patterns and user feedback.
Broker Vote Process Enhancement:
- Take ownership of the broker vote process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement process enhancements for optimal tracking of research consumptions.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison for relationships with external research providers and CorpAxe.
- Maintain accurate provider contacts, facilitating negotiations for budget improvements.
- Establish strong working relationships with investment teams and finance regarding research consumptions.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, process enhancements, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with MiFID-compliant external research processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
