Your Role

At Rygor Auto, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Invoice Administrator to join our award-winning team for Reading Truck and Van. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service through a highly organised approach to Invoicing. You will utilise your strong organisational skills to ensure invoicing is accurate and timely.

Day to day you will be:

• Taking responsibility for monitoring the team and individual performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensuring that all company policies and procedures applicable to your area or responsibility are always adhered to.
• Make sure that the service process is upheld at all times, by identifying aged WIP and ensuring the job pack and invoicing is carried out to manufacturers standards.
• Uphold Rygor’s company values of being Rewarding, Reliable and Respectful and be committed to Setting Standards for your customers and colleagues alike.

You will need to have previous invoicing administration experience within the aftersales side of a dealership for this role.
