Invoice Clerk

Are you a detail-oriented individual with experience in billing and invoicing? A leading technology company is expanding and seeking a part-time Invoice Clerk, with flexibility on working hours, to join their team.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 14:30 and then for busy periods (e.g. month end), flexibility will be needed to cover a full-day for four out of the five week days.

Responsibilities will include:

• Timely issuance of invoices
• Resolving invoice queries
• Verifying payment and VAT details
• Basic reporting
• Order processing

We're seeking someone with prior experience in a similar role and exceptional attention to detail. You'll be an integral part of a close-knit team, requiring efficient and friendly collaboration. Proficiency in Excel is ideal, with familiarity with a variety of accounts packages. Full training will be provided on the system used by our client as it is unique to their business.

Please note, due to limited public transport, it will be ideal to have your own transport. Onsite parking is available.
