Role:IP Paralegal Manager

Contract: Permanent

Location: London, travel to other UK offices occasionally required

Salary: Up to £75,000

I am currently working with a very well regarded Patent & Trademark firm on a great role, perfect for an experienced Paralegal manager who has worked in a Patent & Trademark firm before and or someone with a Private Practice background working within the firms IP department.

This position also requires candidates to have managed teams with a headcount into the double digits!

Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

• Experience of managing change and implementing improvements to services o Understanding of business support services competencies and roles
• Strong administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
• Previous proven management skills with ability to motivate and engage support teams to work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent IT skills Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
• Working within an IP, legal or other professional services environment o Previous experience working as a Patent and/or Trade Mark Paralegal
• Completion of CIPA or CITMA Paralegal courses
