MCS Group is current working with a large manufacturing company that operates across NI & UK Markets. They've recently been adding to their Service Desk team to bolster and support their ever-growing business and this IS ServiceSupport Engineer will be joining a team of 7 others!
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating the migration from on-premises to cloud.
Managing user onboarding, ensuring smooth setup on AD, Office 365, Azure and other internal systems.
Support Veeam Backup solutions within the business.
Providing support to various teams across different company sites.
You will be joining a busy team supporting up to 250 tickets per week.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and possess a strong enthusiasm for development.

Essential qualifications:
5 GCSE's, 2 Alevels, 2 Years of IT experience, and 2 of them in Second line support.
Proficiency in Azure, AD, and Office 365.
