Hours: 7.30am – 4pm (reduced to 9.00am – 4.00pm outside term-times by agreement)
Our client a small, independent day school for pupils aged 7 to 18. The school provides a highly successful, fun, and innovative learning experience within a happy and friendly community.
They have a well-deserved reputation for providing academic excellence for boys and girls aged 7 to 18. Our Lower School, Senior School and Sixth Form are all located on a single site with adjacent sports playing field, within easy walking distance of Abingdon Town Centre.
The school is now looking to appoint an iSAMS, Data and Events Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
An efficient administration system is vital to the smooth operation of the school and this newly created post presents an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator to be involved across the school community.
The postholder will be responsible for carrying out key administrative tasks including extracting and manipulating data from the databases and systems used by the school, primarily iSams.
The post holder may also be asked to coordinate ad hoc projects required by the Leadership Team.
The role will enable the postholder to take ownership of their own area of work, developing their own systems and processes whilst contributing to a variety of aspects of school life.
Experience of school administration is desirable but not essential.
The post is full-time working 7.30am – 4.00pm (reduced to 9.00am – 4.00pm outside term-times by agreement), all year round, however the school is open to discussion for the right candidate.
Salary – The school has its own salary scale. Experience and qualifications are considered when setting starting salaries.
