I am currently working with a Island Authority off the Coast of the UK, who are looking for experienced Supervising Social Workers in their Fostering Team.
In joining now you'll be able to avoid the drop in regional cap rates for Social Workers in the England! Meaning you'll secure at least a 3-6 month contract on a higher pay rate than you will in any other position it the area. as well as benefiting from Free Accommodation for those of you who are struggling to stay away from home as a result of IR35.
This is a small close-knit team of four Social Workers and a team manager, meaning you will work closely together and have full support. Additionally this role boasts unusually low caseloads of 8 total Kinship and Foster carers to support due to the small size of the island.
