IT 1st Line Support, Bedford, 24,000 - 30,000 per annum
Role Profile
Cast UK have been instructed by a fantastic 3PL business to recruit an IT 1st Line Support to support their fulfilment operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and support their client and staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all colleagues onsite and remotely
- Logging of incidents, user queries and diagnosing faults
- Efficiently escalating support cases where necessary
- Tracking support cases to resolution within SLA
- Document support activities, solutions & FAQs to create knowledge base
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent problem solver
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- IT Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCDST or equivalent is preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Remuneration
24,000 - 30,000 per annum
