They are currently recruiting for an IT Applications Manager to be able to improve business performance through ERP system management, change management, and process improvement. Interested? Duties
- Act as the SME for the business’ new Dynamics/D365 ERP system.
- Work towards transferring and inputting business processes into the ERP system.
- Process mapping and programme planning with the ERP system.
- Manage licensing and contract relationships with external stakeholders, working to proactively solve any issues that arise.
Experience
- Previous experience using MS Dynamics/D365.
- Project and programme management experience.
- Process improvement and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Location: Cornwall
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
