As an IT Operations apprentice you will embark on an exciting and rewarding journey that combines practical on-the-job training with academic learning.

Role Profile:

Working within a busy IT service desk team the IT operations apprentice will receive great exposure to all the inner workings that make up successful IT team supporting roughly 400 users across the Caroola group. The successful candidate will be committed to providing a quality service and will have a passion for technology and customer service in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities:

· IT Housekeeping.

· Answering calls into the IT service desk.

· Information gathering/ fact finding to support resolution of queries.

· Hardware asset management.

· Laptop builds.

· End of life hardware management.

· Assisting other areas of the IT team with project work and BAU tasks.

· Daily IT maintenance tasks.

Experience and Skills Required

· A keen interest in technology.

· An inquisitive nature.

· Basic communication skills.

· A passion to deliver the best possible service.

· A drive to learn new skills and grow with the business.

· A fine attention to detail
