I am looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join their London team. Occasional travel to our other UK offices will be required, around 4 times per year however flexibility will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose tech issues, in person and remotely, including help desk operations and deskside support
- Take ownership of assigned tickets through the IT help desk, ensuring timely resolution and escalating to the Systems Administrator when necessary
- Arranging repairing and replacing damaged computer, mobile, and any other IT infrastructure components as required
- Implement, test, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, including network and telephone systems
- Work with the Systems Administrator to identify and implement solutions for software and hardware problems
- Assist in identifying and resolving potential security breaches and vulnerability issues
- Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Experience / Skills Required:
- Strong experience in a relevant Help Desk position
- System administration experience preferred
- Experience with Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and/or Azure AD
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities
