On offer is a great opportunity for an IT Manager to join our client who are under a group of likeminded companies that operate in the medical industry.
As the IT Manager, you will support the Head of IT with defining the IT strategy and budget, aligning IT initiatives with current and future business requirements. Supporting the infrastructure engineers with planning, maintaining and developing the companies infrastructure including hardware, software and network.
Being an intrinsic member of the company, you will ensure IT systems run smoothly across the company, lead projects, and develop infrastructure. Guiding the IT team to meet department goals and operational targets.

The role:
* Lead projects which will entail the integration of some of the latest technologies
* Mentor and lead a team of likeminded professionals, where you'll provide support and guidance to create a collaborative workplace
* Effectively manage the IT budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring the delivery of high quality IT services
What we would like you to have:
* Proven experience in IT management
* Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, software/ system development
* A strong track record of successfully delivering projects
