Office Angels has teamed up with their client to on board an IT Manager to their growing team.
They are looking for someone to take over from their external IT team and bring it all in-house, the ideal candidate would be experienced in IT & SQL operations. They are looking for someone to provide technical support to all staff internally and manage internal databases.
About your new role:
- Administer the company's computer networks and system operations.
- Supervise server configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive security protocols.
- Oversee database management, emphasising SQL proficiency for data integrity and performance.
- Create and optimise SQL queries for large datasets, aligning with business needs.
- Generate ad-hoc and visually engaging reports.
- Conduct data validation and ensure quality assurance.
- Introduce automation to enhance efficiency and identify opportunities for streamlining data and reporting processes.
- Deliver comprehensive IT and technical assistance to internal staff.
About you:
- Preferred background in IT management, with experience in SQL and coding.
- Experience with Crystal reporting.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Demonstrated aptitude in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Willingness to participate in both routine tasks and strategic IT initiatives.
- IT qualifications are desirable but not essential.
