It Manager - Systems + Network

We're seeking an IT Manager who has a background in Systems and Networking to join our growing Research and Development client based near Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and secure IT systems for optimal performance.
• Deploy and harden Microsoft 365 Enterprise solutions.
• Manage risk, backups, and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• 3rd Line support
• Manage a small team

Essential Skills:

• Expertise in Windows, Azure, and Networking.
• Maintaining compliance and audit for ISO27001, Cyber Essentials
• Experience in 3rd Line IT support
• 5-10 Years experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Any of Network+, Security+, CCNA, DEVOPS, JUNOS, Salesforce or other recognised IT admin certification
• Knowledge of Cyber Incident response and Linux environments
• Non internet facing IT environments
• Computer Science Degree or any similar field
