Position: IT Project Manager

Position Summary:

Join our dynamic Business Solutions team as an IT Project Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our ERP systems and business processes. With recent implementations and upgrades, you will lead the charge in simplifying and standardising our operations. Your project management expertise will be crucial in supporting our Business Solutions team and fostering collaboration between IT and the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for value addition.
- Serve as a trusted liaison for users to voice ideas and concerns.
- Act as the IT Business Partner for our UK Division.
- Provide project management support for ERP solutions, including day-to-day management with vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement by streamlining existing business processes.
- Support business initiatives through software and hardware solutions.

Experience and Skills:

- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong troubleshooting and implementation abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Enthusiasm for Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Change management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in technical/IT/business fields.
- Experience within a manufacturing/production environment is highly desirable.
