Responsibilities:
The Solaris / Linux engineer will work alongside the Application and Infrastructure teams to provide the key infrastructure for the main business application.
This will include capacity planning, performance monitoring as well as optimisation of the current infrastructure. They will also be a key member of the team planning to migrate these services from a Private Cloud to Public Cloud Services.
The Solaris / Linux Engineer will report to the Infrastructure Director and will be responsible for establishing the company's technical vision and leading all aspects of the Solaris / Linux infrastructure.
You will play an integral role in the Company's strategic direction, development, and future growth. You will also work with the Information Technology and business teams as the organisation grows exponentially.
