The Role
- Formulation of security policies and procedures compliant with the legal stipulations of the General Data Protection Regulation
- Establishment and execution of an Information Security Management System in alignment with ISO 27001
- Execution of IT security audits within the company, as well as at subsidiaries and national entities
- Performance of IT risk assessments to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities and threats.
- Coordination, organization, and leadership of training and awareness initiatives to enhance employee understanding of IT security protocols and best practices.
- Completed studies in computer science, information technology, IT security, or equivalent training, e.g., as an IT specialist (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in the field of IT security, preferably in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements in the area of data protection and IT security.
- Experience in implementing and auditing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) according to ISO 27001
- Proficient use of IT security tools and technologies, along with knowledge of current threats and attack methods
