Title: IT Service Analyst / Help Desk Support The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a temporary Service Desk Analyst for a Leading Supplier of Modular Building Solutions based in Stockton-On-Tees (with potential for hybrid working).
This position is short term temporary cover up until at least the 30th June.
The role: Monitoring and prioritising Service Desk tickets Investigating and troubleshooting issues Resolving cases Laptop building and distribution Providing updates on progress of open cases, and escalating when necessary Setting up and managing user accounts in Active Directory Help creating and maintaining SD documentation Candidate requirements: Proven experience within a Service Desk role ( 2 years+) Good knowledge of IT systems, particularly Microsoft Knowledge and experience of Office 365 Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:00am till 17:30pm Pay rate: £20.00 per hour basic rate Benefits of working for The Best Connection include: On-going assignments Holiday entitlement Personal accident insurance Excellent rates of pay Overtime On-line pay slips Pension provision Suitable candidates will be invited to register online via our digital onboarding system and put forward for a teams interview.
