Desktop Engineer / IT Service Desk - Central London

A successful private equity firm is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to support its UK and European staff. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small team where you will be exposed to multiple technologies within a professional environment. Please note the hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm with one day a week from home. Occasional out of hours support may be required for certain projects/emergencies.
Duties will include:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff in a friendly and efficient manner
- Supporting technologies including:
Office 365
Windows OS
Microsoft Endpoint
Azure AD
Networking / VPN
Audio/visual conferencing facilities
Hardware setup and troubleshooting (PC's, laptops, mobiles)
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Engineer (Microsoft environment). Training can be given on most technologies listed
- A professional can-do attitude with strong user service skills
- Smartly presented and keen to learn
- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot hardware and software
