Our client, a prestigious London University, is currently seeking a temporary IT Service Desk Analyst. The position is part-time (21 hours per week), for 2 months. The role is 3 days per week based on-site in Central London.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Maintaining and supporting the IT services within the school.
- Assisting other members of the IT services team in providing general user support.
- Supporting staff and students to resolve their Support Desk queries.
- Setting up docking stations for IT equipment.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a higher education setting.
- The ability to troubleshoot various IT issues and resolve them.
- Strong experience using Windows desktop operating systems.
The position aims to start as soon as possible, requiring candidates to be available immediately or have a short notice period to be considered.
