It Service Desk Manager

An experienced IT Service Desk Manager is now sought by one of the UK’s most recognised and respected humanitarian Organisations. Reporting to and working closely with the IT Director you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of the IT services provided to Organisation as a whole.
This is a truly varied and challenging role as the IT Service Desk Manager you will joining as the Organisation continues an exciting and challenging enterprise change programme.
To maximise your success in this challenging IT Service Desk Manager role  you will need the following ledge and experience:
 

• A true understanding of ITSM tools and applications
• Significant involvement in the delivery of an ITSM tool
• Significant involvement in in the evolution of an ITSM tool to meet the needs of the Business
• Demonstrable practical application of ITIL – aligned with ITSM tools
• Lead / played key role service readiness / transition projects into BAU
• Supplier management / engagement
• Team leadership / Service Desk management
• Continuous improvement mentality
• A true focus on exceptional service delivery

 
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will join a senior management team working alongside, infrastructure, application and security specialist peers and this role offers exceptional opportunities to progress. The Service Delivery Manager will be offered a starting salary of £55,000 - £57,000 basic plus benefits working a hybrid working pattern.
