The role
We are currently looking to recruit an IT Service Desk Operator to join our IT team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to get onto the career ladder within an IT department.
Within the role you will provide first contact point support and assistance on all aspects of Business As Usual (BAU) IT business systems, applications and hardware used by Housing 21 to all levels of users across the organisation.

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
- Service Desk or Desktop Support level experience
- Experience of dealing with issues via telephone, email and in person
- Broad understanding of hardware including Thin Clients, Windows Laptops, Printers, Android Tablets and Smart Phones
- ITIL Foundation
