IT Services Engineer
Salary: GBP35,000
Veincentre has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Services Engineer to join our amazing team in at our head office in Stoke on Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's largest private provider of varicose vein treatment during an exciting period of continued growth.
The Role:
You will be at the heart of our operations, supporting colleagues both at our head office in Stoke and covering the clinics nationally. Your daily mission is to keep our clinical staff, contact centre and administration colleagues smiling by resolving technical queries promptly and efficiently.
You will be the first point of contact for all users in the business for support queries. In conjunction with all third party providers, you will plan and implement the IT provision, with tech support at the core.
What you'll need:
You'll have previous helpdesk support experience both onsite and remote. A strong understanding and experience of working with the Microsoft Office suite of products. A knowledge of networking technologies along with a passion for all things IT.
