IT Support Engineer - Nights

- Salary up to £30,000 + benefits
- Stoke office, full onsite requirement covering a 7 on, 7 off nights shift pattern
- IT Support, Software, Hardware, Windows10, MacOS, CentOS, Citrix, Cisco, VMWare
IT Support Engineer Overview:
- As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
- You will be acting as an escalation point to our service desk teams and working with our third line teams when required
- You will be resolving second line incidents, using iniative and supported by your team.
- You will be completing system maintenance, alongside escalations and call outs.
- You will deploying and imaging end user computer hardware and deploying software packages
You will need for the IT Support Engineer Position:
- Commercial experience working within a service management function.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience of using a ticketing system, such as Remedy.
- Experience deploying, imaging and supporting Windows 10, macOS, CentOS and mobile devices.
- Experience supporting technologies from a diverse product stack including; AD, Exchange, Office, Teams, Citrix, Cisco and VMWare Workstation
