Are you an Entry-Level IT Service Management Representative? We have a great opportunity for you to join our dynamic team in London!
The role is for a 12-month contract, and the pay is £ 18 - 20 per hour (incl. of holiday). This is a Remote role, and the start date is ASAP. Candidate MUST be UK national.
The role involves providing incident management support to customers, managing and resolving incidents and the primary skill is Incident Management.
Responsibilities:
- As an Entry-Level IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for providing incident management support to customers.
- Your day-to-day activities will involve managing and resolving incidents, ensuring timely communication with customers, and maintaining accurate incident records.
- You should have advanced proficiency in Incident Management and basic proficiency in ITIL and ServiceNow.
- Provide incident management support to customers Manage and resolve incidents in a timely manner
