SALARY - £40,000 - £45,000
Your new role
The 3rd LineIT Support role involves supporting all aspects of Information Technology from providing end user support through desktop, server, application and network maintenance to implementation of upgrades and deployment of new systems and infrastructure.
As the dedicated 3rd Line you will provide day-to-day operational support to end users and maintain existing systems whilst also engaging in project delivery to meet changing business needs both within the team across all sites and cross departmental as required.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Due to the IT level and knowledge required the organisation are looking for candidates who have the following core skills:

• Extensive experience in supporting Windows Server and Client Operating Systems
• Knowledge of Server Virtualisation technologies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Exchange, M365, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc)
• Experience of working with network technologies (Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPNs)
• Experience with scripting and automation technologies
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• MCSA or MCSE would be an advantage

The role can offer a Salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits Package. Please note - due to the nature of support required and the organisational needs - this role is FULL TIME ON SITE.
