As an IT Support Administrator, you are responsible for responding to calls, emails, and service desk tickets, installing and configuring workstations, hardware, printers, and multifunction devices. You will integrate Oyster sites and networks with the company's technology strategy, support Office 365 and Azure deployment, and ensure network security compliance. You will also provide technical support for sites and remote workers, collaborate on network and system improvements, manages local technology projects, and maintains up-to-date technical documentation. You will oversee subcontractors, monitor network and server performance, and collaborate with suppliers and partners to implement solutions while adhering to approved standards.
IT Support Administrator Requirements:
* Driving licence
* Willing to travel to other sites if required.
* A level or vocational qualification in computing / IT
* ITIL - IT service management
* Any technical qualifications (Microsoft, HP, Cisco) would be an advantage.
* Experience working in a busy IT Support environment
* Experience of providing customer service in a busy multi-site environment
* Hardware support experience including Dell, HP and Apple
IT Project support, delivering on time and within budget.Working Knowledge of current Windows Server operating systems
* Working knowledge of Windows desktop Windows 10 and above
* Working knowledge of Local and Wide Area Networks, cabled and wireless network administration.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft M365 and Azure
* Working knowledge of IT ServiceDesk systems and provision of customer service in a busy multi-site environment
* Working knowledge and awareness of IT security requirements, associated risks and mitigation.
