It Support Analyst 2Nd Line

IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) | 3 Month Contract

Note: Please note this role is deemed Inside IR35 so contractors MUST work with an Adecco group approved Umbrella company.

I'm recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst contractor to provide IT Support for users at a client based in Sheffield. This is an initial 3-month initial contract which may have the possibility to turn permanent for the right Engineer, and it will involve a mixture of project work and BAU support.

The role will initially require 5 days a week on-site in Sheffield but can become hybrid with 3 days on-site after a period.

Please note that only contractors that are within a commutable distance of Sheffield and with a valid driving license and transport will be considered for this role, this will require travel to different sites within the Sheffield area.

A company vehicle will also be provided for this role.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate knowledge and a background in:

• Strong knowledge of MS applications, Azure, Intune, AD, O365 etc.
• Hardware and Laptop deployment and support.
• Hardware and basic phone/network/printer troubleshooting
• Microsoft Windows 10/11 support.
• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills.
• Remote support and general desk side 2nd Line IT support.
• End User Migrations
• Application Support
