SalaryOur client is a well-established and successful manufacturer. They are looking for an ERP Support Analyst / ERP Systems Analyst to join their IT team. This is a permanent position.
Salary is £47,000.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 5.00pm.
Customer focus and delivering excellence in what the company does is paramount to the success of the role. The role will be primarily supporting all aspects of the groups ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018, including Manufacturing plus any subsequent subsidiary systems. You will be reporting to the Group IT Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the groups ERP system Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018.
• Developing Microsoft Bi reports.
The position covers all aspects of ERP support including:
• Troubleshooting User issues reported via the helpdesk.
• Developing SQL queries.
• Maintaining users’ security/permissions.
• Developing the company’s ERP knowledge.
• Developing the company’s Bi platform.
• Liaising with external support companies.
Other responsibilities:
• The role will occasionally cover general user IT support and holiday cover.
• Maintain effective communication with your Line Manager.
• Liaise with your line manager on a regular basis raising any key issues and major developments promptly.
• Any other duties, as demanded by the job role and as requested by your line manager as and when required.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
• Supporting Microsoft Dynamic GP 2018 knowledge, including manufacturing
• Microsoft SQL Server knowledge
• Microsoft SQL programming
Desirable Requirements:
• ERP knowledge
• Microsoft Bi
• Any Other Microsoft ERP systems, e.g. Navision
