We are delighted to represent our client as they continue to thrive within their sector, and as such require an experienced Support Analyst to join their team. This tech company offer multiple products nationwide to their growing market.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the development and support teams on existing and new features and functionality for their fully cloud-based platform.
What will you be doing?
- Working closely with the service desk team.
- Ensuring tickets raised by the service desk are investigated fully and resolved promptly.
- Provide exceptional service for customers to ensure strong relationships are upheld.
- Identify bugs and issues within the platform and resolve where possible.
- Escalate any issues as/when necessary.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Development team.
- Consistently contribute to continuous improvement to enhance development processes and efficiency.
What experience do you need?
- Although you’ll be working mainly with the internal team, you’ll have the ability to communicate well with customers when necessary.
- Previous experience within a technical support role
- Understanding of:
- PHP
- MySQL
- HTML
- Networking and IT
- It’d be beneficial but not essential that you understand:
- Linux
- Zendesk
- Vuu.js
