The Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide both 1st and 2nd line technical support, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. You’ll take ownership of user support, troubleshooting, and fault resolution, while adhering to service level agreements and processes. Your goal will be to restore service to our customers swiftly and efficiently, escalating incidents to other teams within the Digital Team when necessary.

- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability under pressure.

About Us
The National STEM Learning Centre & Network is a key UK resource for supporting STEM teaching and learning through provision of resources, on-line and physical networking and communities and partnership with a wide range of organisations and individuals. This includes driving forward on-going development of the STEM Ambassadors and STEM Clubs programmes alongside subject-specific support for all involved in teaching STEM subjects to young people.
This role is critical to ensure STEM Learning’s delivery of STEM’s vision by enabling all STEM Staff, Delivery partners and external customers can use our systems and be supported with any issues or errors that arise.
