IT Support Analyst - Hertford (Junior)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to start their career in IT Support working for this Global Company who develop software to various clients.

This role would suit a Junior or recent Graduate.

The Junior IT Support Analyst will be expected to work full time in offices in Hertford in a small team supporting both internal and external customers with infrastructure support as well as software/application support.

The Junior IT Support Analyst will provide BAU as well as working on a variety of different projects.

A willingness and ambition to learn is key for this role, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills/Experience required:-

• Previous experience with Linux and AWS is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
