Salary: £22,000 per year
We are seeking a talented IT Support Assistant to join our client on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor networks.
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve user issues.
- Provide technical support, both remotely and desk side.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Replace hardware when necessary.
- Produce procedural documentation.
- Assist in the roll-out of new applications.
- Managing account and password issues in active directory.
- Respond to site based call-outs.
- Manage multiple open tickets, prioritising tasks effectively.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Travel to other sites as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of relevant IT support experience
- Full driving license and access to own transport is essential
