I've got a new fantastic opportunity in the Birmingham area to join an ever growing large team dealing with audit development and Support. They pride themselves in investing gin to their people to help them become the best they can be.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with calls and emails from users.
* Problem solving over phone calls and emails (remote access).
* Technical or IT support when needed, to ensure efficient call handling.
* Identify and rectify user issues, with follow up maintenance.
* Liaising with programmers reporting issues we have found and testing future software releases for Accounts and Audit
* Liaising with the Technical department with regard to development of changes in Audit requirements
* Development of user guidance and training schemes
* Associated admin tasks
Preferred Technical Skills, Experience & Knowledge:
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach
* Problem-solving and solution-driven mindset
* Excellent organizational skills
* Understanding of accounts/audit terminology
* Experience using accounting or audit software
* Excellent attention to detail
* High level of IT literacy
* Ability to work to deadlines when required
