Day rate: £103.88 PAYE/£136 Umbrella
Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex
Hours of work: 35hrs Mon-Fri. 08:00am-16:00pm
Applicants must posses the following:
* Strong attention to detail and be well organised.
* Capable of accurate data entry
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
* Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills and be a competent writer of business letters and emails.
* Work well as part of an efficient and agile team.
* An understanding and appreciation of Health & Safety
Candidates would ideally have:
* An understanding of SAP software however full training will be provided
Role information:
* Assist the Workshop and Training Centre Coordinator on a day-to-day basis
* Processing tickets in SAP for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure a smooth running of the supply chain.
* Producing service quotations and ordering of parts for various tasks on products.
* Ensuring tickets are complete and ready in case of warranty claims
* Creating purchase order and placing orders for different workshop requirements.
* Keeping spreadsheets updated as required.
* Preparing paperwork for incoming engines.
* Requesting and tracking incoming parts.
* Communicating with other business units.
