It Support Engineer

An IT Support Engineer is required for a leading Managed Service Provider, based in Preston. A salary of up to GBP26,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will support multiple clients troubleshooting and resolving multiple IT issues for clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients technical issues, carrying out day to day helpdesk support. You will repair, maintain and install and upgrade computers, servers and networks. You will provide backup and Disaster Recovery.

Training will be provided and each employee has a budget set aside for relevant training courses.

Skills Required
The IT Support Engineer will ideally have the following experience:

- Previous experience in an IT Support role
- A driving license
- Office 365 support experience (and Azure would be advantageous)
