As an IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include…
• Providing 1st line technical support to customers
• Diagnosing & resolving software/hardware issues
• Supporting 2nd Line technical support to customers
• Managing and taking ownership of the company’s Client Support Management System
• Supporting with projects when required
• Identifying & exploring new technologies that could advance customers infrastructure
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with the following skills and experience…
• At least 2 years experience in a similar IT role
• Experience of working within an MSP environment and remote trouble shooting
• Some experience using technical skills, including Windows, MAC OS, Microsoft Office 365
• Positive, personable, and driven to work on own initiative with a willingness to learn
• High standard of customer service skills with excellent communication
• Strong organisational and time management skills
