Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

This company are looking for a more advanced level IT Support Engineer around 2nd / 3rd Line who can be a mature influence on the rest of the team and help out with some of the more techy issues.

Technical bits that you will get to work with includes:

• Windows Server
• Azure
• Office 365
• Active Directory
• Networking

Responsibilities:

• Work as an escalation point on the Service Desk
• Provide remote support, client site visits will be very rare as this can be managed by more junior members of the team
• Project work including Server upgrades, Server swaps etc
• Day to Day Server management
