SalaryIT Support Engineer is required by an established and growing business based near Fulwood, in Lancashire.
If you have 12 months or more experience in providing 1st or 2nd Line IT Support for a MSP and seeking your next career advancement then read on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st or 2nd Line IT support to a variety of customers
- Attending local customer sites for the installation of new solutions
- Trouble shoot and provide IT Support on both hardware and software
- Self-motivated to learn and advance your technical knowledge
- Passion for all things IT and new technology.
- Driven to resolve all types of incidents and problems.
Technical Skills required:
- A good working knowledge of operating mainly in a Microsoft environment.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/16/19 and up to Windows 11 Operating System
- Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/Remote Desktop Services/SharePoint/OneDrive/VPN connections
- Knowledge of the Office 365 environment
- A solid technical background, the ability to understand and support existing technologies.
- Hands on enthusiastic IT professional who is quick to learn
- Must hold full driver's license
- Previous experience working for a MSP essential
Additional Information:
Salary for this role is competitive GBP28,000-GBP30,000 dependant on experience Based on site in the office. Working hours: Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week working between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00.
