Our client are a well established MSP looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the fast growing team on a permanent basis.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our internal staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

• Experience using ticketing systems

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices.
• Document and maintain accurate records of IT support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.
