We are working with one of the biggest names in delivering complex power systems to find an IT Support Engineer with experience in 1st/2nd/3rd line support to handle the tasks queue and remote software installation for end users.

What is the role doing?

• Tasks such as deployment, configuration, support of Printers and Peripherals.
• Perform incident investigation and resolution on PCs, Printer and Peripherals Perform scripted PC builds when required.

• MS Office, Outlook, Windows apps
