Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, both on-site and remotely
- Addressing on-site engineering requirements
- Conducting quarterly audits of client networks and infrastructure, both on-site and remotely
- Maintaining detailed and up-to-date documentation of client networks, systems, applications, and infrastructure
- Delivering high-level customer service to a diverse user base, including those with limited IT knowledge
