Our client, a tech business based in Newtown are looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to join their team.
As IT Support Engineer, you will provide support across multiple business functions, to ensure adherence to current IT practises.
IT Support Engineer Skills / Background -
* 1+ years in experience in customer IT support
* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft packages
* Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and print server
* Competent in Microsoft Teams administration.
* Logical problem-solving
* Understanding of the importance of IT systems for daily tasks
IT Support Engineer Role Responsibilities -
* Support Microsoft OS and Office 365
* Maintain users in Active Directory, Salesforce, and internal systems
* Ensure software compliance
* Manage Microsoft Teams for internal communication
* Administer Salesforce
* Support phone system
* Manage internal hardware (PCs, Printers, Networking, Mobile Phones)
* Support door entry and CCTV systems
* Deploy applications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
