Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular business within the retail industry and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Support Engineer Role to join their team and support their existing engineer team nationally.

You will be happy to travel, offer support & be of any assistance to all offsite engineers

What's involved?

Duties will include:

• Support the installation of equipment on site
• Replenishing existing customers
• Completion of service notes and relevant paperwork (as & where required)
• Maintaining diaries
• Customer liaison and care
• Communication at all times with engineers
• Travel nationwide (potential for overnight stays where needed)

You must:

• Be well presented
• Be able to communicate well in face-to-face situations and over the telephone
• Be reliable and flexible
• Hold a clean driving licence
• Competent with power tools, working at height and installations
• Comfortable using Android/Apple Smart phone and tablet
