IT Support Engineer - Wiltshire (Hybrid) - Up to £35,000
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to tickets and alerts to minimise disruptions
- Implement system changes following Change Management processes
- Recommend improvements for better service, reduced costs, and increased satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams using ticket management
- Investigate and diagnose problems, collaborating with experts
- Maximize ticket workflows within SLAs, escalating when needed
- Lead tasks during Major Incidents
- Assess and plan for current and future technology skills within the team
- Optimise support ticket workflows for high performance and adherence to SLAs
- Proactively identify potential disruptions to client products and services
