On offer is the fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious MSP and play a key part within their fast-paced Service Desk Team where you will be responsible for responding to tickets, speaking with customers and escalating tickets where necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive IT support and communication to clients.
• Troubleshooting problems and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Raise, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve support tickets on the service desk.
• Collaborating with the Field Engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer service with clients at all times.
• Liaise with third parties when necessary.
Requirements:
• Experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role.
• Experience dealing with a large volume of tickets per day.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player
