Our client is a growing MSP based in Dublin and they're looking for an IT Support Technician. You will play a key role in providing high-quality technical support to the companies’ clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of their IT operations and work in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware, software, systems and networks.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Log and process support calls, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Record and document all IT activities, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Provide exceptional client support, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
- Worked for an MSP (desirable)
- Proficiency in Active Directory, O365, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of networking principles.
- Experience with firewalls and other security measures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
