SEE Services are recruiting for an IT Support Technician who is organised, enthusiastic, and a proactive individual, with a ‘Can Do’ attitude to join our team.
Day to Day duties will be to provide On-site Technical Support to our employees based mainly in the Hainault Head Office with a range of queries and equipment.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualities & skills.
First class communication skills
Application and Hardware installations and troubleshooting
Creating and maintaining user accounts and profiles, including remote/local access and application accounts.
Deal with enquiries, tickets logged on the service desk and communicate effectively with customers, office based and remote.
Ensure accurate record keeping using IT systems.
Windows Server, Active Directory and user account management
Experience with IP Telephony and Android mobile devices
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Endpoint Manager and Exchange Online
The IT Support Technician will work alongside the experienced IT Manager whilst learning all aspects of the role.
Responsible for assigning and revoking company equipment including laptops, smart phones, tablets and access tokens.
Work in line with ‘best practice’ ensuring compliance to relevant standards and policies.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion. Assist in general administration and support.
Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed and flexible attitude towards work, colleagues and other personnel.
