It Support

• GI Group are currently looking for an experienced IT specialist to join one of our clients based in Manchester. If you are ready to join an active company and you are wanting to grow your career then this might be the role for you.
  Role information:
  Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
  Pay : £12 per hour
  Your responsibilities will be:
  Setup of IT equipment for new starters and transfers within the business
  Follow up and retrieve IT equipment from people leaving the business
  installation of operating system and applications on PC's
  Administer mobile phone devices and connections to employees within the business
  Administer SAP and Windows password resets
  Administer Microsoft users using Active Directory and Software distribution tools
  Asset track Hilti IT equipment
  Proactively keeping track of IT stock levels
  Use of Service Now helpdesk system to log all incidents/requests
  Work closely and proactively engage with colleagues/RIM/Global IT to ensure our SLA is met
  Requirements
  PC, Laptop and Tablet experience is required
  You will need knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, PC hardware/software/tools, network troubleshooting (LAN and TCP / IP) and IT hardware
  Good coaching skills ( share IT knowledge with colleagues, improve the user experience for all)
  High level of accuracy
  Ability to work under pressure
  Able to work with others and in a team
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
