REED Technology are delighted to collaborate with a fantastic business who are currently looking for an exceptional IT System Administrator on permanent basis.

About the Role:

• Maintain, upgrade and manage the software, hardware, and networks and systems health
• Resolve IT issues when necessary, troubleshoot system faults and hardware/ software issues
• Support the phone system
• Installation of network devices and cabling
• Your goal will be to ensure that technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently
• Support project work when required
• Implement improvements, problem solving solutions

About you:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or 2nd Line Support Engineer
• Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• In terms of the tech stack experience with Windows operating system, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure Ad, Intune
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive end user support skills
